Jeffry is a passionate creative that believes great ideas are only great when they sell and build brands. A degree in marketing has also trained him to be a strong strategic thinker.
Before he took on the role of CCO at mcgarrybowen in 2015, he was previously CCO at DDB Group Hong Kong and Guangzhou, where he spent 12 years working on the McDonald's business.
Beyond his duties in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, he also sat on the DDB APAC Executive Creative Council and DDB Global Creative Council. And in recognition of his work, the McDonald's Regional client also invited him to sit on their own APMEA Creative Review Board.
On top of Jeffry having been named Creative of the Year at the 2012 Hong Kong Kam Fan Awards, he was also Runner-up for Campaign Magazine’s Greater China Creative of the Year in 2012 and 2013. And of course, he was the Creative leader winning DDB the 3 Grand Effies in 2012-2014.
He has also won numerous international and regional awards including, Cannes, D&AD, Clios, One Show, Epica, Webby, Spikes and Adfest.
Jeffry has served as a jury member at AdFest, Spikes and the New York International Advertising Festivals.
